Purchasing

Orders placed on GetTicketsHere.com will be finalized by one of our affiliate companies. Contact information for the company will be provided to the client once the order has been placed. The client must contact GetTicketsHere.com to get the information about the order. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

All ticket requests are subject to availability. If the tickets requested are no longer available, a sales representative will contact you to offer the next comparable seating and price. You will receive tickets that are comparable or better than the tickets originally ordered or your money back guaranteed.

Orders placed after 5 pm or on weekends are not guaranteed. If order is placed on the same day as the event, the method of ticket delivery must be selected as “Same Day Delivery”. You will be required to call 1-800-487-1919 to organize a location and time of ticket delivery.

If order is placed on the same day as the event, and the method of ticket delivery is selected as “Same Day Delivery” for $15.00, you are required to call 1-800-487-1919 to organize a location and time of ticket delivery.

When the purchasing process is complete you will receive and email confirming receipt of your ticket request. Once the order has been processed and finalized, you will receive another emailing from the affiliate company handling your order containing an invoice. This copy does replace the credit card draft and will serve as your original copy. If for some reason you do not receive an invoice by the next business day you are required to contact GetTicketsHere.com at 1800-458-1800 and a sales person will be able to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Difficulty involved in obtaining the premium seats, our prices reflect this cost and tickets are sold above face value. Orders placed on Sunday's are not guaranteed. If order is placed on the same day as the event, and the method of ticket delivery is selected as 'Will Call', you are required to call 1-210-527-1700 to organize a location and time of ticket delivery.

Payment

 We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as well as payment by money order or cash in office. On your order, the name and billing address must match your credit card exactly, this is for your protection. Special fax authorization is required for shipment to an address other than your billing address. Due to the overwhelming number of companies affiliated with GetTicketsHere.com, the name of the company handling your order will appear on your credit card statement rather than GetTicketsHere.com. Prices quoted on GetTicketHere.com do not include sales tax that may be applied to a clients order. All Texas events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.  

Shipping Your Tickets

PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping your tickets to somewhere OTHER than your credit card billing address, we require a fax containing your drivers license and signature. Please contact us for Fax details.
After the ticket purchasing process is complete, our standard shipping is via FedEx once the ordered tickets are in stock. Not all orders are guaranteed immediate delivery. GetTicketsHere.com reserves the right to deliver tickets prior to the start of the event. You may select to upgrade to shipping options such as express or overnight, for a small additional fee.

FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. If requesting ticket delivery to a PO Box, you must select US Postal Priority Overnight as your method of shipment. We are not responsible for missed deliveries.

GetTicketsHere Return Policy

Event cancellations are the only circumstance where refunds are offered. All other sales are final. There is a service charge of $10.00 per ticket that will not be refunded on canceled events. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card originally used on the order. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable.
Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, all sales are final, and there are no Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations.

GetTicketsHere is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets nor are we responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may disrupt view.

Tickets are sold for MARKET value.
