The Air Canada Centre, located at 40 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5J-2N8, was constructed in 1999 and is the home of the NBA’s Toronto Raptors and the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs. The naming rights on the building were bought by Air Canada for 20 years and the stadium is one of the newest on the NBA market. When the Raptors are playing at home, the stadium can hold nearly 20,000 people and when the Maple Leafs are playing, almost 19,000 people can watch the entertainment. The Air Canada Centre can also hold 21,000 people for big ticket concerts and more than 5,000 people for the theatre. The Air Canada Centre features more than 1,000 club level seats and a number of different suites. There are 40 platinum lounges, 65 executive suites, 32 balcony suites, and 16 loge suites. The nearest airport is only 13 miles away and there is parking for 13,000 automobiles near the Air Canada Center.
