The defending NFC North Champion Chicago Bears are looking to get back into the mix once the 2011 NFL Season begins, but the strike is not stopping veteran QB Jay Cutler from holding informal workouts with his offense. "Now is the time for everyone to kind of get together and brush it off, and we're going to do that here in the next couple of weeks. Everything is locked and loaded,” Cutler said recently. Cutler, who is coming off a knee injury in their season ending loss in the NFC Championship Game, said his knee is “good to go,” and he is excited about the drafting of OT Gabe Carimi out of Wisconsin. "I love it, anytime an offensive guy gets picked," Cutler said. "To me, it's like a new toy we get to play with, so it's fun."
